You only have to say to your iPhone: "Hey Siri, cancel".
That will wake up and light on your iPhone with Siri screen and the "cancel" command will let you see your locked screen to see your notifications, without touching any physical button :)
You need an iPhone 6S or newer (iPhone 6S Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus or X), and have Siri activated (Settings - Siri & Search - Listen for "Hey Siri" and Allow Siri when Locked).
